According to the news, Japan have kept a close eye on Beijing's military build-up, and US warned that China is changing East Asia's military balance. China is activating its navy in the East China Sea and in the Pacific. Japan will keep paying attention to China's military trend as it will have a significant impact on security in the region, including Japan, and on the international community. China paid money for this military many thousand billions $US for rising defence power.
In my opinion, Japan should keep watching China's military closely because someday maybe it will destroy for other countries. China can do anythings for private interests and benefits for their country although it affect other countries. I think China should consider the effect of neighbor's countries.
