Nowadays, our world have to face many problems such as global warming, bad pollutions, greenhouse effect and others. What I want to focus on today is climate change. As you know, the weather today is very different from the past. The season changed from some country don't have cold season, but today it has. In contrast, some country don't have hot season, but it also has. You will see that it has many differences climate change of our world.

Japan is the world's second-largest economy, which are a major contributor to climate change. According to the news, Japan's next leader aim for 25 percent to reduce and cut greenhouse gas emissions by 2020 compared with 1990 levels. The Japanese new government think developing countries are also required to make an effort to reduce greenhouse gases. He has the plans to achieve by bringing in emissions trading, introducing low-energy technologies in cars. However, his steps will be taken to achieve this 25% target.

I strongly agree with Japanese new government because nowadays our world has many changes. It should do something to improve and solve this problem. In additon. I think his plan is very good and strong target. I think this problem will be solve, if everybody cooperate to avoid something that destroy environment.
