In Japan, another transportation that I focus on is bus. Bus service is available in all cities in Japan. If you are planning to travel long distance, public transportation in Japan, the option is taking a highway bus, also known as Kosoku bus. It's cheaper than Shinkansen train fares. It's not less convience than train. In my opinion, the best way of travelling in Japan is going by bus. In addition, another bus is the local bus. It is a short distance buses.
